Job Description:
The store manager is in charge of monitoring day-to-day activities to ensure a store operates efficiently. Motivating sales teams, developing business plans (store-specific), putting promotional materials into action, controlling controllable expenses, and onboarding new employees are just a few of their responsibilities. delivering great housekeeping, product expertise, stock availability, the newest fashion trends, and stock loss minimization to further enhance the shopping experience for clients.
Qualifications: Grade 12
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
12th grade with a minimum of one to two years experience managing in a comparable setting and knowledge about computers. Resilient team player with the ability to lead and manage staff under pressure. Effective communication abilities Business Intelligence, Excellent precision, and attention to detail in the work. Effective time management Resourcefulness and aptitude at addressing problems Focused on providing excellent customer service establishing and preserving connections. Self-assurance and resoluteness fervently committed to the brand adept at social media Trendy.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting, training, supervising, and appraising staff. Managing staff Managing budgets (P&L, Payroll) Maintaining statistical and financial records (Daily, weekly, and monthly administration) Dealing with customer queries and complaints. Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so. Visual Merchandising & Housekeeping Inventory Management (Stock Management) Ensure store equipment is secured and accounted for Maintenance of health & safety environment for customers and The Crew Understand store daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Produce a store-specific action plan to minimise stock loss.
